About the event
This month all are welcome, women, men, LBGTQ+, everyone!
Step into a 3-hour intentional night curated for all who crave both fun and fulfillment. The night begins with a high-energy ice breakers to open the room, spark conversation, and bring everyone into the space together.
From there, move through a full-body, feel-good workout using bands and bodyweight, designed to energize you, challenge you, and remind you how powerful your body is. As the energy builds, we shift into playful moments of music and movement, including interactive dance experiences that invite you to let go, be seen, and fully tap in.
As the night winds down, we create space to slow things down with a grounding, sit-down moment, giving you time to reflect, reconnect, and receive before closing out the experience together in a high-energy, soul-filled finish.
