Small Group Classes

Welcome to a space where strength meets self-love and every rep is rooted in intention. My small group classes are designed to support your physical, mental, and emotional growth, no matter your starting point. Each class blends functional strength training with dynamic movement, curated by me, a certified trainer who meets you exactly where you are. With class sizes intentionally kept small, you'll receive personalized attention, form correction, and the community energy that keeps you coming back.

The Empower Series

A collection of group strength classes designed to sculpt, tone, and awaken the strongest version of you, physically, mentally, and soulfully. Where strength is planted and confidence blooms. The series includes the following classes below:

  • Total Body Blast

A powerful full-body strength session that hits every major muscle group. Expect a mix of compound lifts, bodyweight movements, and metabolic conditioning for a balanced, total-body burn.

  • Upper Body Blast

A focused upper-body circuit designed to build strength, definition, and stamina in your chest, arms, shoulders, and back. Bonus: battle rope finishers for that extra push!

  • Lower Body Blast

Leg day, redefined. This class targets your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves through controlled lifts and explosive movements, plus sled pushes to fire up your endurance.

  • Thicc Thighs Save Lives

This crowd favorite is all about building strength and shape in your thighs and glutes. We hit inner, outer, front, and back. Sculpting power with every step, lunge, and lift.

  • Booty Pump

For the booty lovers, this glute-focused class isolates all parts of the glutes using bands, dumbbells, and creative variations that leave you lifted and feeling strong.

  • Power Core

A fierce and focused core class to build a strong foundation. Expect rotation, stability, and lengthening work that challenges your core from every angle.​​

The Max Out Series

A collection of strength-driven group classes designed to challenge your limits, build serious muscle, and unlock undeniable power from within. Where power is earned and strength becomes undeniable. The series includes the following classes below:

  • Power Quads

Quad domination incoming. This lower-body push day is all about driving through the legs to build powerful, sculpted quads. Expect hack squats, lunges, presses, and a burn that builds.

  • Glute Drive

This lower-body pull day targets your glutes and hamstrings with hip hinges, deadlifts, and glute isolation work. Built for serious strength, shape, and posterior chain gains.

  • Push Power

Upper-body push day focused on building your chest, shoulders, and triceps with pressing variations that test your strength and unlock upper-body definition. Expect to feel strong and unstoppable.

  • Strong Pull

This upper-body pull day hits your back, biceps, and rear delts with intention. Rows, pulls, curls, and grip work come together to leave your upper body balanced, bold, and built.
