Service Description

Ready to shape, lift, and strengthen your backside? Join my “Glute Drive” class to target your glutes and hamstrings through pull-based lower body movements like deadlifts, hip thrusts, and lunges. This class focuses on posterior chain development for strength, muscle tone, and performance. Get ready to push heavy and feel the burn in all the right places. Routines include but are not limited to the following: * 3-4 people in a 1-hour session * A warm-up focused on hip mobility and hamstring activation * 45-minute glute and hamstring-focused strength training * A cool down with deep stretches and core breath work

Cancellation Policy

Thank you for taking part in personal training with me. Below are my policies and procedures. These allow me to be most efficient and provide the best service possible. Expiration Policy All purchased training appointments/sessions expire 6 months after the date of the first training session. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited. If you are physically unable to continue training, you must bring a doctor’s note. Any prolonged travel plans you must make special arrangements in advance. Tardiness Policy You are expected to begin working out at the start time of the scheduled appointment. A late start time does not entitle you to a session longer than the scheduled appointment. For example, if you are 20 minutes late for a 60 - minute training session, your session will be reduced to 40 minutes and you will not receive credit for the remaining 20 minutes. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy and Procedure As a dedicated trainer, I’m committed to helping you reach your goals with consistency and focus. In order to provide the best service and maintain a structured schedule, I ask that you respect the following cancellation policy: Notice Requirement: A minimum of 12 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 12 hours of your scheduled session will result in a full charge for the session. * Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If you miss a session without prior notice (no-show), or cancel within 12 hours of your scheduled time, the session will be charged in full. * Monthly Billing: Monthly billing clients are required to give 15 days’ notice prior to the end of the month to cancel or pause the next month’s billing. If notice is not provided, the upcoming month’s payment will be processed as scheduled. * Emergency Exceptions: In case of unforeseen emergencies or medical reasons, please reach out as soon as possible. I will assess each situation on a case-by-case basis. I greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring we both stay committed to the goals we’ve set together. By booking a session and/or class, you have read and understand all the policies and procedures listed above.
